High School Horticulture Certification
The purpose of this certification is to improve the quality of horticulture programs, curriculum and facilities, increase career awareness in the horticulture industry, and encourage students to continue their education toward a career in horticulture.
The California Association of Nurseries and Garden Centers Education and Career Committee has agreed to sponsor this certification. You, as a high school Agriculture Teacher will have the opportunity to fill out a simple certification application to
become a certified high school horticulture program. This application will be processed by the California Association of Nurseries and Garden Centers, evaluated and then awarded accordingly.
